常見的辦公室場情境會話練習
成人的語言學習通常需要選擇比較貼近自己日常事務的主題, 較能夠即學即用以及延長學習續航力.下面這幾個常見的辦公室情景 在每個產業都會遇到 .回答這些練習本身並非難事, 不同程度的學習者也能夠藉由協助使用適當的句子來完成任務． 比較需要注意的是, 我們會在陳述自己的意見時同時考量到語氣的部分. 口氣是否恰當？ 應對是不是得體？這些考量往往是學習者在反覆練習的過程中比較不確定的地方, 擔憂自己詞不達意? 說話過度直接? 得罪人? 在商業情境中, 遇到任何的質疑我們會習慣先行解釋狀況,而這樣的舉動如果用詞不當就容易讓人誤以為自己避重就輕.
對於陳述意見的部分我把常見的句子分成: A:直接的反應自己的想法和 B:客氣地表達自己的意見…等兩個族群.

有另一種狀況是:在不是很肯定的狀況下, 表達自己的意見和看法. 例如:事件表決時, 或是與會出席突然被不預期的點名表態時.

接下來的對話過程中不免是就對方的反應表達認同或是不認同. 基本上只要活用動詞的變化「肯定句＝>否定句」, 就可以同時熟悉二者. 不在此贅述了. 下面的句子只著重在完全認同/不認同和部分認同/不認同這部分的區別
