第五大類：提出解決方案
聽一則語音留言後,使用對應口氣提出解決方案. 例如：回覆客訴, 回應對方請求…等
有30秒準備時間;60秒答題時間
命題範圍：
- 旅遊住宿 2. 交通運輸 3. 房屋租賃 4. 辦公室事務 5. 餐飲旅遊
評分重點：發音, 語調和重音 ,字彙變化 ,文法 ,內容完成度, 內容邏輯相關性
準備方式：回答有二個重點 1. 理解留言內容 2.提供一個對應方案. 可以邊聽邊寫下關鍵字 ,方便回答.
有60秒的答題時間, 不建議一開始就說出解決方案, 可能幾句就說完變得無話可說. 剩餘的時間只是在重複資訊. 可以把答案結構分為 A. 開場白 B. 重述事因 C. 提供的方案 D. 結語
