年終績效考核 英文範本
每家公司都有自己的檢核程序和方式, 最終離不開自評表. 表格狀的通常不難, 選個折衷的方式表達安全就好. 自由式的書寫模式若再加上有字數考量的會比較需要費心思. 網路上有許多現成的資訊和句子可以使用,可以節省許多氣力. 要提醒一點, 不是寫滿就好! 句子的質量遠比篇幅長短來的重要, 千萬不要把 always on time/ even early for meetings and conferences. 這種句子也給算進去了!!
再來有的人習慣分成好幾個部份書寫:
attendance [strength/weakness]
attitude [strength/weakness]
customer services [strength/weakness]
dependability [strength/weakness]
flexibility [strength/weakness]
interpersonal skills [strength/weakness]
leadership [strength/weakness]
performance [strength/weakness]
這種排列方式, 每個項目的優缺點各寫一個, 基本上也寫完一張A4了. 其實這種書寫方式下的產物讀起來很官腔. 比較建議折衷一點的方式,是在眾多選項中保留2–3個有辦法切確陳述事件和舉例說明得項次就好. 再來把 performance 調整到最前面, 接下來一樣可以參考自己慣用的單字片語, 寫作模板來提升完整度.
下面是一個能夠適度表達上述提到的“事件陳述”和“舉例說明”的寫作模板

我們來示範幾個例子
例句：這一季上我主動寫出二個測試程式 I demonstrate initiative when I wrote two trial programs this quarter.
例句：我協同團隊一同執行新功能的發表展示. I displayed leadership skills with the engineering team through a feature release.
再來就是多使用action verbs 來強調主動和自主 , 以上使用的demonstrated/displayed之外, chaired/orchestrated/oversaw/planned/programmed/produced都是很好的選項 .有沒有注意到我用了幾個常見的名詞當動詞使用？其實這樣就會有耳目一新的感覺了, 不用特別去使用自己都無法解釋的艱澀單字.
接下來我們來看一下怎麼陳述自己的缺點, 這是我不建議使用上面雜貨店形式的編寫邏輯的另一個原因. 每一個類別中如果都列出一個強項也就同時列出自己有一長列需要改進的地方. 先把weakness 改成 area of imporovement 後,也可以套用相似的句型.
I recognise [area of improvement] , I plan to do so by. [ action].
例句：我覺得會議的安排有進步的空間 這個部分可以藉由會議流程安排來改善現狀I recognise I could improve the way I run meetings, I plan to do so by coming up with more focused agendas.
需要注意的一點是： 中文寫作模式習慣加上陳述或是解, 很容易會有這樣的句子出現：I recognise I could improve the way I run meetings because the agendas were disorganised. 這句子沒有任何實質的意義, 就只是個完整的英文句子而已. 既無任何配套的改善動作或措施, 就不建議出現.
接下來一樣是動詞的替換來表達其他需要修正的地方: I recognise/notice/am going to stop 都可以表達得很清楚. 改善的部分可使用 to do this, I am going to start/I’m planning 或是使用完成式來表達已經著手執行也都算務實.
e.g. I noticed I need to speak up during brainstorms. To do this, I am going to start planning ideas ahead of time.
e.g. I am going to stop submitting reports without proofreading, I’ve making grammar and spell checks a routine part of my review process.
這樣… 有點頭緒了嗎？
